BJJ focuses on grappling on the floor and features no striking. The techniques involve the students on the mat, with a heavy emphasis on positional control, strategy, drills, and live rolling, to help with your submissions and techniques.
A tremendous and dynamic combat sport that demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline. From a standing position, it involves techniques that allow you to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs.
Similar to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in that a lot of the same positions, submissions, and techniques are used. This style of grappling combines elements from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Folkstyle/Freestyle/Greco Wrestling, and Judo. Only difference is there is no gi used during the training.

Classes will include shadowboxing, footwork skills, pad, and various partner drills to improve timing and reflexes.
